The short version
BioMaxx is a free health and wellness app. BioMaxx Premium (BioSync + Coach) is an optional paid subscription; purchases are temporarily unavailable while we switch payment providers. By using BioMaxx, you agree to these terms.
Using BioMaxx
BioMaxx provides general health, wellness, supplement, and skincare information for educational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for professional medical advice — see the Affiliate Disclosure page for more. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country to purchase Premium.
Premium subscription & billing
BioMaxx Premium purchases are temporarily unavailable while we move billing to a new payment provider. No Premium subscription is currently being sold or charged. When Premium purchases resume, this page will describe who processes billing, taxes, and payment support, and where your payment details are held. See our Refund Policy for how any past Premium charges are handled.
Your account and data
The free BioMaxx app does not require account creation. Premium entitlement is tied to the email address used at checkout. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
Changes and limitation of liability
We may update these terms or the features included in Premium from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update. BioMaxx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
