Accessibility Statement
Our conformance target
BioMaxx aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the app. This is an active engineering effort, not a certification: parts of the app already meet this target, other parts are in progress, and this statement is updated as that work continues. This page itself supports right-to-left Hebrew and Arabic, keyboard navigation, and screen readers.
What's already in place
- Semantic landmarks, a skip link, and a labeled main heading on core pages.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and the language selector, with visible focus states.
- Minimum 44×44px touch targets for interactive controls, and 16px+ form fonts on mobile.
- Support for reduced motion, and text direction handling for Hebrew/Arabic (RTL) alongside English and other LTR languages.
- Live-region announcements for validation and selection feedback in the core supplement/skincare flows.
Known limitations
BioMaxx's main app is a large, continuously evolving single-page application. Some areas — including parts of BioSync, dense data tables, and a few dynamic modals — have not yet been fully audited against WCAG 2.1 AA, and some interactive states may not yet have complete accessible names, live-region coverage, or verified focus management. We prioritize and fix these incrementally rather than claiming the whole app is finished. If you hit a specific barrier, please report it — see Contact below — and we will treat it as a real bug, not feedback for "someday."
External legal review
This statement describes our own engineering assessment and ongoing work. It is not a legal compliance certification, and no independent accessibility audit or legal review (including under Israeli accessibility regulations) has been completed yet. That review remains an explicit, pending external step — we will update this page once it happens, and we do not claim full legal compliance in the meantime.
Contact us about accessibility
If you encounter an accessibility barrier using BioMaxx, or need information in an alternative format, email contact@biomaxx.app with the page, device, and browser you were using — we read every message ourselves and treat accessibility reports as priority bugs.
